John C. Schroeder has a business acumen that speaks for itself, notes a lifelong friend. He epitomizes the excellent businessman who also has a kind heart. These attributes have earned Schroeder the label of esteemed leader both in business and community. Schroeder has led Wabash Plastics, Inc. and Crescent Plastics, Inc. as President and Chief Executive Officer for nearly 30 years. Together with his brother, he championed these companies to the current status of leading manufacturer in custom injection molded and extruded components and assemblies.

Schroeders expert and kind-hearted leadership has been invaluable to the business and nonprofit community. Described as a courageous giver, Schroeder makes giving back a priority, and has generously supported numerous organizations. His kind and humble spirit has impacted many in the community, especially those privileged to serve with him in various capacities. Schroeder serves on the Board of Trustees for Wabash College and University of Evansville, where the impact of his leadership and generosity also extends to Harlaxton College in Grantham England, UEs study abroad campus. Schroeder serves on the board of numerous organizations including Welborn Baptist Foundation, Signature School Foundation and the Board of Directors of Old National Bank Evansville Region Community Board.

Schroeder and his wife were co-recipients of the 2014 Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra and Youth Orchestra Gold Baton Award. Schroeder was then awarded University of Evansvilles Delta Sigma Pi Business Leader of the Year Award in 2016. Schroeder graduated from Wabash College and received his Masters in Business Administration from Indiana University.
